I broke my arm 2 years ago and lost 12 lbs. and would like to gain my weight back by eating healthy food. I eat healthy so it is hard for me to gain weight, no sugar, pasta, white potatoes, baked goods, etc..

I have a thyroid problem. I just had a biopsis. The doctor just said:"we will observe next year". They tell me that Manzanita tea helps w it. Can u suggest a home remedy. Started a diet w veggies and fruit. I take ginger, cinamon tea. Pls i neef your input.
