My Uncle had cholestrol level of over 400 and lived into his 90's. Dr. Sears apparently had part of it correct with his refined fish oils. This was very informative fact sheet with the sub-types of HDL & LDL. Seems as if help is finally here.

This same conclusion was also found to be true by other doctors and can also be found at http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2010/08/10/making-sense-of-your-cholesterol-numbers.aspx along with a "non-diet" diet that I have been using for over 2 weeks and feeling great.

I've been telling people this for a long time and they won't listen. I'm so glad this story made the news. Maybe it will reach mainstream news? Hmm, maybe not. I recommend the movie "Fat Head" for the whole story about cholesterol.
