Great Report! Best Health news always on 700 Club-Thanks! I totally agree with this, sugar is the culprit and causing obesity, type 2 diabetes and inflamation, besides contributing to heart disease. The food industry is loading processed foods with sugar and in turn we are becoming addicted to their foods! I just wrote an article about this.. We need to educate others about sugar and how to calculate just how much we are consuming...sure hope this helps someone...http://organicsusana.hubpages.com/hub/Ways-to-cut-sugar-out-of-your-diet
Love the health information from the 700 Club. Do not hear any of this anywhere else.

This same conclusion was also found to be true by other doctors and can also be found at http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2010/08/10/making-sense-of-your-cholesterol-numbers.aspx along with a "non-diet" diet that I have been using for over 2 weeks and feeling great.
