Kristi,

May God continue to bless you with insight and using your talents to encourage and inspire others especially when life seems to get better of you. Seeing the Deals struggle with the loss of their beloved son tore at my heart especially Mrs. Deal. I appreciate her honesty when she stated she questioned God. I have not lost a child, but my struggles do get the better of me and I wonder where is He in all this. Mrs. Deal asked the questions I asked, but Pastor. Deal provided the answers I needed. I will read the scriptures you provided seeking and trusting God in my struggles and believing He will deliver me as He did Brother Job. Kristi, you are truly a blessing for others.

Thank you Kristi for doing the Voice of Hope series again----it is a welcome "oasis" to help us keep on keeping on---physical healing is such a miracle and so needed in our world but also we need that spiritual healing and teaching to keep us focused on Our Lord. As I watched the Deal's this morning it reminded me of my long night of the soul when my husband died. I was finally grateful and could recognize the presence of God in those around me. In the presence of grief and despair nothing makes sense. God just waits for us to grasp on to Him again. I was always wrestling with God until I figured out that he wasn't wrestling back, just patiently waiting and loving me. We as Christians (and medical professionals) work so hard to keep people alive and out of heaven even though that is all we hear is how we should want to go see Jesus. But, when it happens we don't like letting them go. It is so lonely at times. Trying to keep trusting-- Thank you again. I always find when you are on that your smiling happy attitude is good medicine for me.

Thank you Nan Deal, you are such a comfort as I was experiencing the same emotions toward God since the loss of my precious husband recently. I thought I was alone in my attitudes, disappointment, and fears. So thank you for being so open . I am listening to the Psalms continually and finding help.

Just what I needed to hear A Voice of Hope. At our lows and highs in life, God is drawn closer to our hearts through our particular circumstances. But know this, Jeremiah 29:11. Pastor Ron and family is in my thoughts and prayers.

Thank you for "Voice of Hope". message this morning. It is just what I needed to hear. My hope is in the Lord. However, I must trust Him always. Such a hard thing to do sometimes as we do feel we have control. Great reminder that I don't, but God does, and how wonderful is that! As I continue to go through my cancer treatments (three years) I know that I am blessed to have today and that God is with me. God's Blessings to you Kristi and to the 700 Club!
