The realm of FDA law is a multifaceted domain, intricately woven into the fabric of healthcare regulation in the United States. It's a vast landscape where statutes, regulations, and legal precedents converge to ensure the safety, efficacy, and security of food, drugs, medical devices, cosmetics, and more. This regulatory framework serves as a bulwark against potential hazards, aiming to safeguard public health while fostering innovation and market access for manufacturers.FDA Attorney

My son has type 1 diabetes and my mother phoned me up excitedly about this fact sheet and book. Are you telling me that my son may not need to take his insulin and can treat his diabetes without drugs? Or are you referring to type 2 diabetes? I understand that blood sugars can be controlled by what we eat along with other factors, but this sheet could be confusing to people who are type 1.

hello, tim shifflett from winchester, va
i first found out i had diabetes in late september . after i went 9 full months loosing weight and my body was in poorly bad health so i went to the family doctor and asked him for a complete psyhical and he told me it wasn't hiv which at that time i thought that was it, but once he checked me all over he said i had type 1 diabetes and i immediately went on insulin shots ever since then so from january of 96 to september of 96 as i said a full 9 months, and i still am on insulin shots 24/7 .
my grandmother had type 2 she passed away from it and her parents did as well
so i guess i'm dealt the hand as well. i just wish the fda would produce something for it to help people with diabetes instead of costing us to much money for the insulin and medication so we could have a better lifestyle for all diabetes people at a lower cost for medications. timwin_va@verizon.net

Hi,

Thanks for the info! My wife is a doctor and is passionate and deep into all chemistry. She just beats her head when these doctor say use artifical anything. Our bodyies fail with these processed and altered foods in anyway which causes inflammation and yes that is the key........as we always said with computer processing "garbage in - garbage out" a simple saying but so true with our bodies.
