WOW! Looks really good and very high in fat with all that cheese. I am sure it is high in protein but I think I will pass unless cooking for kids. Thanks for sharing your comfort food with us. It was real sweet of you. Keep up the good work. You and Pat contrast enough to keep things interesting and not so much that it is too much of a dichotomy. Personally, I would like to see more interaction with Blue. He won't bite you Kristy and I bet he would just love your Mac n Cheese.

dancingmother -- regarding using a different type of milk, Kristi said soy milk is too sweet, try rice milk -- but even that makes her nervous!
