I had no problem downloading this pdf so, perhaps those of you who had trouble downloading this booklet ought to try simply opening this booklet under the free adobe reader program, and then save it by clicking on "file" and then "save as" but before you do choose a destination for this file like your desktop by selecting it from either on the left side of the save file dialog box or from the top of the dialog box using the drop down menu.
