I live in a tropical country. Every time i go walk in the sun (due to my outdoors job) my head aches. It lowers my pressure, too! I wear a straw hat, but it doesn1t seem to relieve my headaches that much. Why does that happen and how can I get relief from the headahces since I cannot missw a day from work?

bearsun704 - try to add carbs to your diet; also be sure to get tested for parasites like tapeworms, these do eat the nutrients your body needs to properly function. Don't freak out though, parasites are more common than you think.
Maybe also try to gain muscle weight by strength training and leaving out any cardio.

Just some thoughts, maybe this helps :-)

Everyone talks about losing weight. What about those who want to gain weight? I have tried protein drinks, Ensure sup-
plemental drinks and increasing the number of meals per day. I eat more food but still limited weight gain - if any. As far as I know there is not a medical reason for this problem, like thyroid, etc. I do have slower stomach emptying problems, gastroparesis. Please don't think only one side of the coin.
