Thanks for the Kale Chips info and the pineapples...those are the 2 recipes I was mostly interested in and was surprised they weren't on the fact sheet.

Oh and another way to make the pancakes, in place of whole wheat flour, which can elevate your blood sugars a little use equal amounts of barley, ammerith , or any of the ancient grains work well and most are better nutritional than wheat.

Kale Chips: 375 for 15-20 minutes. Kale washed dry and toss with a little olive ile and sea salt. Preheat oven, bake until crisp.
Sliced grilled pineapple rings: grill until natural sugars of the pine apple become caramelized or browned on a pre heated grill. add fresh ginger and a bit of honey comb. Honey comb can usually be found in the stores by the honey it is honey comb bits mixed in with the honey.

The Kale Chips, had toasted Nori in it along with the olive oil and sea salt. Not sure of tempature, I think 350 or maybe 400 for about 15 minutes. They didn't include recipe, but it is suppose to be on page 28 in his cook book

Kale Chips, I know you wash and break up and bake for like 15 minutes with olive oil and sea salt, I forgot the other ingredient. Can't find recipes either. Will go by the book I guess.
