I was so happy to see Chuck Holton on your program last night. I would like very much to buy one of the solar generators but searched on line and found nothing. Can you tell me where to find one?
I would also like to share a company I found on the net that sells heaters and fireplaces that run on natural gas or propane. I don't k ow if we could loose natural gas to our homes, but these heaters run on propane or natural gas. It is a Christian company called Master Dist.(a distributor for our Master) and has been in business over 25 years. I have two of their fireplaces and love them. I hope this helps any one wanting a second heat source. Their web site is .....www.nbmc.com blessings to all.

Having worked in TV News for 23 years, watching Pat and Kristi go at it was great TV! I could not stop laughing, especially when Pat picked up the prop gun and started pointing it around and Kristi ducked behind the solar panel. Their personalities work great together. Keep it up!

I watched the 10 PM broadcast. During the Survival segment Kristi was laughing in all the wrong places. This is a guy thing, back off.

thanks for all the good tips. our church is having a class the first wednesday of each month to help us all prepare for what is ahead. such good information and we should share it with our neighbors as we want them to be ready too, otherwise they come to those who have supplies. so if you help them, you are helping yourself. start a group in your neighborhood! THANKS CHRISTI FOR BEING SUCH A BRIGHT SPOT IN THIS OTHERWISE STRESSFUL WORLD. KEEP UP THE SMILES AND LAUGHS. YOU ARE A BLESSING! THANKS PAT FOR YOUR FAITHFULNESS! BLESSINGS!!!

When I was preparing for Y2k, I went to a Surplus warehouse and got 45 Gal. Plastic Soda Barrels for drinking water. We also got Alladin Kerosene Lamps, which are bright as a 100 watt bulb, and put off 1100 BTU of heat an hour, and last 8 hours on a Qt. of fuel on full.
I also went to www.warmers.com, and got a whole box of 50 hand warmers for $25.00. You can get really great warm coats and Down ones, at Goodwill Stores, and look for the "outlet" stores, where they have everything that wasn't sold in the stores, is. I have gotten Queen and King-size Down comforters, for $5.00. This is not the regular Goodwill store. In Santa Rosa, Ca., it is at the Goodwill Headquarters, on Yolanda Ave.
Orchard Supply has a Life Guard LED Lantern, that runs on four AA batteries, for $13.00, and lasts up to 200 hours (Flashlight mode 10 LED's and 400 hours Flasher mode) on a set of batteries, and it is waterproof, and will come on automatically if it falls in the water; it also has storage space in the back of the lantern (31/2" Dia. X 4" deep).
Sierra Trading Post www.sierratradingpost.com has really great prices on clothing and camping/survival gear; usually 30%-70% off retail.
Thanks. Dave Lewis-Petaluma, CA.

Why do so many stupid people ignore the moslems' threat to destroy America from within? We should CUT ALL FOREIGN "AID" TO these radical extremist nations and withdraw our embassies after these 9/11 attacks. Reagan gave Libya the right answer to their violence. SEND in the jets again. Just remember the DemocRATS embraced these enemies at their "convention" last week. WAKE UP and VOTE them out of office and STOP thye massive Voter Fraud and Foreign money that elected the USURPER in 2008

Great info. Thanks CBN. These are and will be times of great testing. I like to pick up extra food staples for my pantry and before expiration dates I collect soon to be expired items and donate them. Please keep great info such as this coming. God bless and God bless America.

Being a nurse, I can't just call in for bad weather. I alway keep a flashlight, mittens, hat and scarf, in my glove box. During a blizzard, I slid into a snow bank and got stuck a few blocks from work. With just these few items I was able to walk to the hospital and get help.

I thought kristi was just trying to ask a question. Pat was so interested in the gadgets he didn't let her ask.

Please ask Kristi to stop interrupting. So very rude!

What was the name of the little orange devise that Chuck Holton had on the show that burned twigs for fuel and produces energy to recharge your cell phones. What was the name of the product, the name of the manufacturer and where can I get one?
