We all are health conscious and this article was instinctive regarding it. I also got to know about labiaplasty miami and its consequences. I highly recommend reading this.

I am glad to visit this website and as I never got to know about this, I watched a video on this, and then it opened my eyes. I will write an essay on nevo della coroide with a click here and I have got in touch with them to see here what will happen. They are the best service providers in the town.

Now we're to the bad news. That's when you yourself have a posterior vitreous detachment (PVD), the floaters in your eyes are more noticeable. Generally, eye floaters are more visible on a bright background which has a large amount of contrast.

I have Crohn's Disease and I'm prone to getting bleeding ulcers. Though it has been awhile since my last one, I have to watch what I eat. I went from beeing able to eat whatever I want (mostly I ate healthy with little to no fatty foods), to having to be on a special diet. The information given in posting is helpful on what kind of fats not to eat.

What list - I also cannot find a list of names for processed foods....Kristy said int he show that a list was available on this website. Where is it?

petnanny Jun 21, 2010 at 10:31 am Flag as inappropriate

I have just looked at this resource - I realy think it can be a much better designed - I do not have time to read through the whole document when I buy something. What about list them in one column and a short explanantion / danger of the item listed in the next column. Don't just copy the show, make it practical to use in the shop.

Thanks Eric and Jamie. I'm with Volson62 in that I didn't find the information either! I copied your response and I'll take THAT to the market. :)

My husband has Type 2 diabetes, This program was a real eye opener. It helped us to get a clear understanding of what is happening when we buy groceries. It is all so hidden one can never know. We would like to thank you for such informative programs which are hard to find on TV these days. All we get is commercials full of SUGAR!

This program was extremely informative for me and an eye opener... I will be more careful of the things I eat and what I feed my son, for our bodies is the temple of the Holy Spirit and what we feed it will ultimately determine us having good health as oppose to dealing with unnecessary doctor or hospital visits an early age. Thank you again for this wonderful and quite informative program.

Blessings,
Elijani

My husband & I recently started eating FOOD as Fuel vs. Filler. I have wanted to get healthy for years.. never could 'get started'... Once he was diagnosed with HeptC last fall, we found that his addiction to sugar (actually processed foods of all kinds) was hard on his liver & I KNEW right then it was GOD HELPING US make the break from the FILLER to FUEL thinking.... We stopped all processed Filler type meals (at restaurants and from the grocery) and we only eat meat, veggies, whole grains and fruits (he calls it twigs and leaves) :)
I have lost 36 pounds now. 30 of which came off in 2 months with NO EXCERCISE AT ALL. I am going to begin a rehab setting strength training program this month to help build muscle so I can continue to lose 30 more. I used to CRAVE food. My husband did too. And The Lord spoke to my heart and said, "Food was created to satisfy you HUNGER not your CRAVINGS!" That really helped me get control of my concept of food and feeding my body. we now eat fruit or nuts for snacks. we drink ONLY water and IF we want french fries... I cut up a potato, soak it in hot water for a few minutes to remove some of the starch, pat them dry and I fry them in a pan.... 2 ingredients NO PRESERVITIES and NO FILLERS.... no problem.
Our bodies know how to digest and disperse FOOD and NUTRION... these chemicals are enemies to our systems. (including fake sweeteners of all kinds)
I heard a woman say to me once.... "How does Meat Tenderizer know when to stop?" hmmm. Same Idea Here.
Final note: My husband went from eating NO detectable Nutrition to speak of, to NO VIRUS DETECTED IN HIS BODY after 4 weeks of eating real FOOD (processed only by God) and taking chemo. He was able to pull off the 24 week treatment after only 16 weeks and GOD gets all the Praise for Loving us TOOOO much to allow us to continue to live and eat that way. it was killing us & we were enslaved to it.
This was a great segment on The 700 Club today... there are MANY MANY articles and stories talking about this very topic. I'm SO glad God got our attention in this very personal way and we are already TOTALLY on board with this... I really dont' think that hearing this segment or the MANY others on this topic that are out there these days would have gotten us where we are today.... If you haven't been diagnosed with anything (yet) and you feel The Lord asking you to get healthy or to lose weight or to treat yourself better... KNOW THIS: FOOD tastes Great! Textures, Colors, Flavors... God gave us a variety... It is us who get in the ruts in our eating habits.... Let this be your hand up... Start with eating something REAL each day and eating LESS of the processed stuff. We truly don't CRAVE food anymore. I Love to eat and enjoy every bite and I also really enjoy that my husband goes with me to the grocery store now! (he never even looks at the Little Debbie's isle and he doesn't stand at the check out begging for a candy bar either)....he enjoys picking out his snacks now... in the fresh fruit section. God loves you too much to let you continued to be deceived thinking that food comes out of a box!
AMEN! Hallelujah!!

The different names for "MSG" are "hydrolized protein, yeast extract, soy protein isolate, spices, natural flavoring, citric acid, anything that is 'hydrolized,' and anything that is 'autolyzed'." These cause high insulin secretion in your body.

The different names for "high fructose corn syrup" are "dextrose, glucose, lactose, maltose." These turn into fat (causing "fatty liver") and do not trigger the body's satisfaction gauge.

Hi Amber,
I just read your comment and wanted to tell you about a must read book that I'm just finishing reading. It's called The China Study, by T. Colin Campbell. It's a lot of info, but this info is too valuable to anyone who has cancer, diabetes, heart disease, etc. It's all about the correlation between what's on the end of our forks and our health. I had to wait quite a long time to get it from our library since it's so popular, but it was well worth the wait. You may just want to buy it. God bless you in your quest for health.
