I have Crohn's Disease and I'm prone to getting bleeding ulcers. Though it has been awhile since my last one, I have to watch what I eat. I went from beeing able to eat whatever I want (mostly I ate healthy with little to no fatty foods), to having to be on a special diet. The information given in posting is helpful on what kind of fats not to eat.

What list - I also cannot find a list of names for processed foods....Kristy said int he show that a list was available on this website. Where is it?

petnanny Jun 21, 2010 at 10:31 am Flag as inappropriate

I have just looked at this resource - I realy think it can be a much better designed - I do not have time to read through the whole document when I buy something. What about list them in one column and a short explanantion / danger of the item listed in the next column. Don't just copy the show, make it practical to use in the shop.

My husband has Type 2 diabetes, This program was a real eye opener. It helped us to get a clear understanding of what is happening when we buy groceries. It is all so hidden one can never know. We would like to thank you for such informative programs which are hard to find on TV these days. All we get is commercials full of SUGAR!

This program was extremely informative for me and an eye opener... I will be more careful of the things I eat and what I feed my son, for our bodies is the temple of the Holy Spirit and what we feed it will ultimately determine us having good health as oppose to dealing with unnecessary doctor or hospital visits an early age. Thank you again for this wonderful and quite informative program.

Blessings,
Elijani
