Berry Banana Avocado
1 cup frozen blueberries, strawberries, or other berries
1 banana
1⁄2 large Hass avocado, pitted and peeled
1 tablespoon honey
3⁄4 cup skim milk, rice milk, or soy milk
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

I had no problem downloading this recipe. I simply clicked on "Click on this to download this resource", and I'm using Adobe Reader 9.3 so maybe you need to download some updates in order to open the document to print it. God Bless You.

you just need to click on the orange button at the top of this page (it says "click here to download this resource") and it will open the PDF for you ... that's where the recipes are. And then you can just print the PDF. Hope that helps.
