First of all you need to have Acrobat Reader installed on your PC otherwise you will not be able to view the file. You can get Acrobat reader from eg. download.cnet.com
once you have Acrobat download on to a folder or your desktop.

It worked for me! Make certain that you have Adobe Reader installed on your system. I downloaded and saved the file to my Desktop and able to view it perfectly fine.

It downloaded fine, but went into MY E BOOKS, so I couldn't find it at first so, I downloaded it again, and put it into my desktop, and it worked fine.

Downloaded fine for me. I chose "save" and saved it to my computer. Then opened it right up. It is in pdf format so you have to have adobe acrobat reader to open it. I guess just make sure you are saving it where you will surely find it, like desktop or "my documents"

It download so quick I didn't think it did. But I clicked open thinking I would just save the .pdf file and it was already there.

Can't open, just have save or find. Neither works.
