not many facts here that I can see. 3 of 4 recipes is all I really see other than what I saw on cbn....Am I missing something?

I used to get these Fact Sheets in Spanish for the latino ladies who work for us. Is the spanish version still available?

If you open it with Adobe it works fine you should be able to download adobe for free at download.com

For some reason I can't print this out in it's current form. I don't have Microsoft Office either. How can I get a copy of this? Any help would be appreciated. I would like to start this diet soon.
