Please pray for my health. I am having effects from chemo that are causing bleeding in my stomach, also causing me to have to have it cauterized several times. My iron also drops along with blood. I have had many transfusions, especially iron. I finished 8 days of it yesterday. I am always so tired as I have fybromyalgia also. They told me the iron transfusions are usually a one time thing after chemo but this is 5 years for me. I know God can heal me. I also have a sinus infection constantly that never completely goes away. The doctors are afraid to give me any more antibiotics. I just finished 5 straight weeks and still have it. I take medication for it all the time, prescription and over the counter. It has gotten into my lungs and caused a scar that is growing they have to watch. This is also on the side I had radiation for breast cancer. I rent from HUD as I am on disability and the house I am in is making me sick I know. The roof leeks and it smells of mold. The floor is falling in behind the toilet and the floor needs replaced. I had to put plastic bags in it to try to keep out some of the cold. My heat bills and electric are very high from the furnace running so much. It also smells like sewer in my house also. The kitchen sink pipes are completely apart. My landlord taped them with duct tape and managed to stop one up. It also smells. He was to have had the house fixed by the 18th of this month but has done nothing. I have been living here 3 years and all of these problems have gotten steadly worse. It is the coldest place I have ever lived. It is had to find another place and to move as I would have to get myself moved.

Also, please pray for my son a job as he hasn't been able to find one since his unemployment ran out. He was out of state, but had to move back with me. He did live with his dad but he died of a massive heart attack. I have also had to have a stint since chemo and cannot take all the blood thinners I am supposed to because of my bleeding problem. I know he is afraid to leave me as I have no family here, but I cannot support us both on disability and pay the high bills here.He is an over the road trucker and that is what he will have to go back to if he can find a job as there are none here. blondambition 3, I will send prayers for your mother. I am going though a lot of the same with my mother, except for the death. She is so weak from constant infections and has a feeding tube as she doesn't want to eat. What little she does has to be chopped up due to a stroke she has had since she went in the nursing home. The tell me it it too hard. Sometimes she just seems to give up and we have to constantly enforce her. I can't be with her either, but my two brothers take turns each day to see that she is ok and eats. I know they are tired and I feel bad that I can't be there to help.
Don't feel bad about asking for help, It is not selfish. Prayers got me through cancer twice I believe. We are to pray for each other. I hope your mother gets better. Thankfully she is a Christian. My mom is also.

Darlene, I have been through the radiation from breast cancer and it was recommended that I use Aquaphor. It comes in jars or tubes and works great. I got mine at Walmart, but I am sure you can get it at most any drug store. I will also say a prayer for you that you will be healed of this cancer. I have made it through my five year mark and I know that a lot of prayers helped me through it. It was even smaller when the surgeon went in. They had done a scan as well as a mammogram.
I credit that and my healing to the work of God.

My prayers are with all who have posted. Heavenly Father please lift the burdens from our shoulders. Comfort us as we try to help our loved ones cope with the pain and suffering in their lives. Give us strength so that we can continue to believe. Like Kathy, I am dealing with a son who has ptsd, anxiety and depression. Like Kathy I am praying for restoration and healing from God. Kathy, I will pray that Ben along with my son JM can overcome their problems and become the men God made them to be.

Please pray for my precious 83 year old Mother.. whose heart is broken (from the death of a child) and whose will to live is gone. She knows & loves the Lord but she's given up and her health is quickly failing. I'm out of state and unable to help her.... I want so badly to be with her so that I can help her but can't. Pray for me also.... I will pray in agreement that God also meets the needs of every person who prays in agreement with me. It's been many many years since I've asked for anyone to pray for me... for some reason, it never feels right and I always feel selfish about doing it. :)

Please pray for my family for healing and restoration. Husband was very abusive as our kids were growing up, was diagnosed bipolar and ptsd a few years ago. Since being treated and medicated, he is not abusive anymore, but very detached. Our 24 year old son Ben has a lot of problems - depression, substance abuse, anxiety attacks, lack of motivation or ambition, etc. Our daughter's marriage is failing after less than 5 years, her husband has had affairs, substance abuse, severe ptsd, depression, attempted suicide, etc.

I am committed to seeking restoration and healing from God, but I get tired and discouraged. It seems like the weight of all these things is one me,and I get no emotional support from my husband.

Darlene - recent Canadian study showed that, even though the current standard protocol for radiation treatment with breast cancer is 30 treatments - six (6) weeks - 5 days per week, 15 sessions are sufficient and that no statistically significant differences can be attributed to the additional 15 sessions. So if you are doing session 16-30 you should ask you MD if you are a candidate for the study. Also this study can be easily found on the internet so you can read it yourself. Moreso our God is a God of miracles and sovereign healing. Matthew 6 says that His will be done on earth as it is in heaven, and since there is no disease or illness in heaven you have a secure platform upon which to stand and expect a complete and sovereign and expeditious healing to your body. Pray specifically prior to further treatment that you skin nor any other tissue in your body will be harmed by the radiation except any aberrant remaining cancer cells. Also check on your diet and conform it go healthy food to support your immune system and with cancer fighting foods like green tea and veggies like broccoli, brussell sprout family plus others. Also ask you MD about using Avemar or a/k/a AveULTRA a patented fermented wheat germ product - "food product" that helps fight cancer by inhibiting the cancer from using glucose in your body for cancer cell proliferation.
