dancingmother -- regarding using a different type of milk, Kristi said soy milk is too sweet, try rice milk -- but even that makes her nervous!

Hello Kristi and Pat this is one of my favorite soul food.I have had many mac&cheese dishes but,I'm always ready to try someone else's mac&cheese.Thanks for the receipe Kristi I will make it for christmas.

I think it was a whole can of milk, but not really sure. The segment on the show was incredibly hard to follow because of all the joking around between Kristi and Pat.
