How does the brine recipe compare to the fried turkey. All southerner's seem to like fried and it is very moist. Let's see fried vs salt. I think I will try the brine. I brine my own
beef for corned beef and it is delicious. Thank you .I can't wait to try it.

Gordon and Katharyn's Holiday Favorites print-out sheets are beautiful!! So glad I printed them on card stock, they surely will be keepers in my notebook of Love Recipeis from the Heart. Thank you so much Gordon and Katharyn and Terry for the Love of God you all shared to day in presenting these recipes on the 700 Club November 5, 2010 today.

I downloaded but all that came was the turkey recipes but now can't find the Sweet Potato & butternut squash, Sweet Potato Biscuits, & Very Fancy Pecan Pie. Help! I really would like them. Can't find the Fact Sheet Info either.

The botton shows to click to download, but what actually happens is a window pops up and asks if you want to open it or save the file. If you click open, you can print it then without saving it.

Can't wait to try these recipes. Always looking for new ideas. I got this site from an elderly lady I take care of and she watches your show all the time. Now I will too.
Thanks for the free recipes.
God Bless you all and what you are doing bringing people to the Lord.

My wife has used this Turkey recipe a couple times. The result? It's the best turkey I've ever eaten - cooked all the way but still juicy and flavorful.
Here's a link to the video (if you haven't seen it ): http://www.cbn.com/media/player/index.aspx?s=/vod/AR25v2_WS

I can't wait to try the turkey brine recipe. Last year my poor turkey was so dry it could have blown away in a stiff wind.

P.S. It may be conveinient to view the info, in this case recipes, without downloading, but I imagine that would take up a lot of space on the website. This is a very conveinient way to view the article.

To the people hesitant to download content: If you are posting a comment, then you're already signed in and all you have to do is click above for PDF of the fact sheet. (If you're not familiar, a PDF is a document file which looks like magazine pages end-to-end. No extra software is needed to view it.)

There's no software to download, just the PDF file. If you are reading this and are not signed up, you will need to register with a user name and password to download this fact sheet / article. It's completely free and safe.

After you click "Download", select "Save" and choose a place to send it to. After the download, go to the location you saved the file to and you will be able to open/view and delete from there.

Hope this clears up any concerns you may have about downloading these "A Closer Look" fact sheets and articles.
