I use this recipe every year for my turkey.

Thank you for sharing your family recipes. I have a dilemna that I hope you can help me with. I'm hosting about 25 for this Thanksgiving holiday, but I am limited on oven space. I'm wondering if I can perhaps cook a smaller turkey in a crock pot that could supplement my oven roasted turkey and be just as delicious. Is your recipe adaptable for crock pot cooking? Any other suggestions?

I finally got the full recipe favorites from Gordon & Kathrine, Log in, then find the recipes you want and click on the log in/download bar; click on name line that the pointing finger appears; pop up box will appear and ask if you want to open-download,etc.; click open, then on the top ribbon or menu click save into a file you can remember, or print it out. VERY NICELY DONE AND SO THANKFUL FOR GETTING ALL THESE RECIPES AND CBN/OPERATION BLESSING.

How do I find the recipes for sweet potato biscuits, pecan pie, and squash?

For those having difficulty viewing the PDF downloads using the Mac Safari browser, download Firefox and you'll be OK. CBN's website is apparently not completely Safari compatible.

How does the brine recipe compare to the fried turkey. All southerner's seem to like fried and it is very moist. Let's see fried vs salt. I think I will try the brine. I brine my own
beef for corned beef and it is delicious. Thank you .I can't wait to try it.

Gordon and Katharyn's Holiday Favorites print-out sheets are beautiful!! So glad I printed them on card stock, they surely will be keepers in my notebook of Love Recipeis from the Heart. I downloaded but all that came was the turkey recipes but now can't find the Sweet Potato & butternut squash, Sweet Potato Biscuits, & Very Fancy Pecan Pie. Help! I really would like them. Can't find the Fact Sheet Info either.

The botton shows to click to download, but what actually happens is a window pops up and asks if you want to open it or save the file. If you click open, you can print it then without saving it.

Can't wait to try these recipes. Always looking for new ideas. I got this site from an elderly lady I take care of and she watches your show all the time. Now I will too.
Thanks for the free recipes.

My wife has used this Turkey recipe a couple times. The result? It's the best turkey I've ever eaten - cooked all the way but still juicy and flavorful.
Here's a link to the video (if you haven't seen it ):
