Thank you for these recipes. Do you have any that are suitable for diabetics? I hate to have to cook all of this good stuff only for my wife and grandchildren! I am seriously Type II diabetic, and love to cook and eat!

So happy to see that allergy sensitive foods are making more headlines these days. The more awareness to things like this and chemicals and processed foods the better. We have become such a toxic nation of people - physically and spiritually.
