This is not Atkins in new form. Atkins begins adding carbs into the diet much too soon. And when that doesn't work (because you are still eating too many carbs), suggests you reduce the fat in your meals. Doesn't work
Eating as much fat, cheeses, fatty meats, sour cream, cream as you desire (your body will tell you to stop if you listen) will satisfy the sugar/carb cravings.
Fat to Skinny works, because you don't add the carbs in until after you lose all the excess fat you need to...then you adjust your intake of carbs to your personal level. When the weight stays level, you found it. If that's lower than you want it to be, then you are either grateful that you have solved the fattening mystery...or you go back to eating more carbs than your body can handle. In other words, you give food/sugar the power to run your life.
Water, sleep and vitamins, especially B vitamins.

Stem cells are “non-specialized” cells that have the potential to form into other types of specific cells, such as blood, muscles or nerves. They are unlike "differentiated" cells which have already become whatever organ or structure they are in the body. Stem cells are present throughout our body, but more abundant in a fetus.
Medical researchers and scientists believe that stem cell therapy will, in the near future, advance medicine dramatically and change the course of disease treatment. This is because stem cells have the ability to grow into any kind of cell and, if transplanted into the body, will relocate to the damaged tissue, replacing it.For more information please visit http://www.neurosurgeonindia.org/

Sugar is bad for your body when you are sick and I am battling sickness lately. I am trying to stay away but it isn't working as well as I would like.

I realize that we are at a war with food. Everything in todays industry has some harmful ingredient that can lead to cancer or...? you fill it in. Its all about the money. Finding cheaper ways to industralize while feeding the population. Our organic foods doesn't match up in nutrition as oppose to our grandparents and greatgrandparents days. While doing the best we can, we need to pray for our foods among other.

I'm using Agave as a sweetner, now...reading labels and avoiding High Fruitose Corn Syrup...But beware, they want to change the name to snare unsuspecting consumers.

This guy points out some good things, but I am surprised he doesn't talk about the most poisonous sugar which is in ALL of our foods: HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP. This stuff is "meth" for your blood sugar levels, and sends insulin through the roof and makes obesity CERTAIN.

If you want the big picture on why we're all so fat and sick, go to: http://www.jons-weight-loss-secrets.com . I will tell you things on this website and on the email boot camp that most "weight loss gurus" won't tell you. After a decade of obesity, I have sorted through the truths, the half-truths, and the outright lies.

I would also recommend reading Healthy For Life by Dr ray Strand. It focuses on low glycemic eating and weight loss.

I think this is a good article but it is also important to note to use low glycemic foods. I thinks fruits like berries are acceptable. No one can eat just meats and greens.

That was some very great information that I didn't know about sugar. I am trying to reverse my insulin intake so that I won't need the pills and the insulin in the near future, I don't want my legs amputated, or have heart attacks I want to live a healthy life. I will limit my food intake in Moderation. Thanks for the great information. I just recently ordered the book fat to skinny thanks for the information that I will get when I read the book.

Good carbs, are good and necessary. Just leave out the "white" bread, rice, potatoes and instead use whole grains and vegetables, which are bodies need. Some fruit is higher in sugar than others.

Ask Father if food is an idol...is it a substitute for His nuture/love? Pray...confess gluttony, self-hatred, whatever the Holy Spirit shows you is the root of unhealthy eating habits...ask for and receive His forgiveness, then turn from obsessing with food being 'bad' or 'good'---rather realize it is used for health and strength. Balance, wisdom (yes, whole foods over processed is wisdom!) and seek Father's love. Honor the temple...love yourself /like yourlself/accept yourself right where you are just as He does. Take captive those negative words the enemy sends your way about how ugly/fat you are...send them right back and speak TRUTH over your life. Walking out Truth is a moment by moment choice...with the guidance and power of the Holy Spirit, Truth will prevail in your life. FREEDOM!!!!!!!!

This was some very good information. I am a nurse and I am over the health health info centers. I try and instruct my diabetic patients to limit there sugar intake as well as their carb intake. I think a balance diet is best. God created everything for a purpose, sugar can be good be in moderation. Moderation is the key, plus exercise. Thank you for this great information.

I suffered from Migraines for about 15 years. I cut out sugar and carbs, ate lean meats and vegtables and my migraines stopped. This was over 8 years ago and I have lost about 150 lbs and have never been healthier. The trick is to not get carried away with the "fatty meats" and stick to lean meats such as fish and chicken.

My ears perked up to this story because I am currently struggling with high blood sugar, high blood pressure and high triglycerides. But, I am also concerned that while so many doctors discourage the consumption of animal products (even the bible says eat meat sparingly), this plan involves the consumption of unhealthy animal products such as bacon, sausage and eggs. Can this actually be healthy in the long run?

Very interesting and I agree completely that sugar intake is out of control. This seems to just be a new name for the Adkins diet to me though. Either way we do need to cut down on carbs and sugar. Great work on getting that message out there!

I have two teenage daughters and I feel it is going to be difficult to cut out the sugar. I might add that it will be hard by myself. Thank you very much for the information. It was an eye opener.
Thank you,
