Thanks CBN for having this guest. It is so helpful to know. Sometimes you feel helpless and at the mercy of the drugs prescribed. I will definately forward this on.

Darlene, Caffeine can cause palpitations. Also if you are going through menopause, the changes in certain hormones may cause palpitations. Talk with your doctor to get the root cause. I do believe COQ10 is helpful, I also think omega oil is beneficial. It is recommended that all adults take a good MVI supplement daily. If you are interested in good quality vitamins visit www. LifeEssentialSolutions.com. Hope this helps.

To help answer Darlent 50 comment. I have had a history of PVCs (Pre Ventricular Contractions) of the heart. I had been to a cardiologist, and I learned that either too much, or too little Potassium can cause palps of the heart. Also, statin drugs deplete your body of COQ10, which lives in the heart. Coenzyme Q10 is needed for normal heart function! So, from my experience, I would first, get a electro cardiogram, and blood test for amount of potassium in the blood. I take 200 mg of COQ10 a day, and 400 mg of Magnesium Oxide daily, and am fine now. Or, you can just try taking the COQ10, and a Magnesium supplement to see if your symptoms dissapear. You should know within a week or so. I pray this helps you or someone else!
