Be a good gift to send to an overweight sister! And overweight friends! Shared the segment on my timeline! Will send to these personally! And will share w/ another friend who has NO pc. People have to get RID of the toxins=that's what makes us sick/overweight! All those 'die-t' foods also KILL the brain cells! Thx again CBN for another GREAT segment! I don't need to lose weight but GAIN! But all these looked so GOOD on the program! Looking forward to trying when I get a chance! I'd been hungry for a sloppy joe! Don't eat much meat/animal protein right now. Have had to cut back on it and my 'healthy' fats & oils & gluten cuz of 24/7 inflammation!
