I am so lonley lately. I dont know where I I am going in life. I just graduated high school and i dont know what to do next. I am attended spscc but i only have enough money to go for a half a year and i want to be a teacher so bad and that requires 10 years. I dont know what to do with my life anymore. I cant do what i want to what i want to do. This has caused me to start smoking after i just quit. My serious boyfriend just left me at the alter and i dont know what to do. I have no friends or real family. I cannot trust ANYONE in my life i have learned and i really need the lord right now. My name is Fylicity Silvius. Please pray for me. God Bless. -Fylicitty

I feel more alone in my marriage than I did when I was single. We have been married for 10 yrs, we have had no intimacy for at LEAST 5 yrs. We have talked about this SO MANY times... my needs vs his needs. I told him before we wed what my physical / emotional needs are. He just doesn't seem to care. He is 61 and I am 57. I have prayed and continue to pray to God to help me with this....as I know He will not leave me nor forsake me.... and I try very hard to just focus on Him and what I need to do for His Sake, but even when I see a movie / commercial that shows a loving couple, I cry. Please pray for us. Thank you.

I listened to Elizabeth Eliot on the radio in the 90's and she would talk about the need of older women (upper 40's and up) to mentor younger women. I wonder if that is not what is missing in our Christian culture today - think of how it would ease so much lonliness in our wise and experienced baby boomer generation to be able to help those in their 20's-early 40's as they struggle with so many things that we have been through and could help them with. Someone needs to start this ministry and get it going like the men's movement in the 80's.

I too was grateful to hear the segment on loneliness. It was good to see captured within the scope of God's Word. I've lived alone for some time now and loneliness almost looms over me like a heavy cloud. I try to get out as much as I can but it's not always possible. The "cloud" seems heavier during the early morning hours when I can't sleep. It's not bad all the time but there are those times when I miss "holding" and being held. My tear ducts are set on high simmer and feel like they over flow at just about any time. One big problem is that crying doesn't rank up there with "Rain drops on roses and whiskers on kittens". So I avoid it as much as possible.

I have suffered from fear of loneliness since being a young girl. Because of that I have settled for less and have never enjoyed a positive loving relationships. I feel blessed to have heard this segment on loneliness with Kristi. The Bible says in Timothy that perfect love casteth out fear. I believe that also means casting out loneliness. Thank you CBN 700 club for what you do in spreading God's word.

I was so greatful to hear your your segment about loneliness, I hope that you will provide more on this subject. I have been alone for 20+ years now and I find that it is getting harder to bear every year. I have prayed that God would ease my loneliness but so far I am still alone and now that our daughter is grown and has move away I find myself even lonelier.

I am a widow for the past 12+ years. This can be a lonely time of year. I ask God for a Priscilla/Aquilla Relationship. Perhaps none of us know the plans God has for us or the work he has planned in advance for each one. Most of all I want to be following God's plan for the rest of my life. Thank you for the spriptures and teaching.

We all get lonely. Especially around Christmas time for some reason. Thank you for reminding us of God's word on the subject. Jesus promised to never leave us alone, and to that he would send the Holy Spirit, or the Comforter as he called it. Thank you for sharing this! A voice of hope is an excellent series and I hope that you do more in the future.

I was so blessed hearing about loneliness, I can't wait to hear more, I have suffered with loneliness and still do. My daughter is suffering with severe loneliness and it has caused her to drink and smoke, I remember when she was so on fire for God, I know that she feels God has not answered her prayers and feels he has left her. Please pray for her, Her name is Jewelry. Thank You. Linda

There is no cure for loneliness. And I don't believe for a moment that God cares. I've fought this all my life. God is the biggest disappointment there is in this life.
