Hello I was listening and wrote down the ingredients. Hope this helps.
Shrimp Cocktail
12 Jumbo Shrimp boiled or steamed 8 cal each
1 TB ketchup
1 tsp bottled horseradish
with a dash of lemon juice
Fiery Chicken Salad
1 Chicken Breast or can Chicken breast drained
1-2 TB reduce fat mayo ( I sub veganaise)
little minced onion
(I put a little celery in mine)
a few dashes of fiery hot sauce
Pumpkin Pudding
This decadent, creamy pudding has 150 calories. Combine 6 ounces of nonfat vanilla yogurt with 1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree and a dash of cinnamon. The pumpkin bulks up the yogurt which is already a protein-rich food and adds fiber. This combination expands in your stomach, keeping you fuller longer.
I didn’t get the vegetable soup.
Cucumber Tomato Salad
1 cucumber
1 med. tomato
olive oil
balsamic or apple cider vinegar
green tea with a little fresh ginger

You can find the recipes you're looking for on the page prior to this one...the one where is speaks about the guest speaker Joy Bauer. The recipes are listed under the title. And the Pumpkin pudding recipe is right there! : ) Happy eats!

This is Jean again. I just found the recipes from the show. Click on home and click on the Guest Bio/Interview for Joy. At the bottom of that page are the recipes that she showed. Good Luck.

I finally printed the download and was disappointed that it did not have the recipes from the show. The pumpkin, yogurt really sounded good.

Joy specifically said in today's broadcast that "all of these recipes are on [CBN's] website," but these are not the recipes from today's show. I do appreciate the printout, but I agree with others that it would be nice to have today's recipes.
I did have a hard time getting the "download this" button to show up, too. I had to click on "view all resources" and then come back to this one and then it worked. Refreshing the page, as suggested, did not help--it wanted me to sign up and above that was a logout button, so it should have known I am already signed up... (FYI, in case that helps the web developers to know what's going on with all these comments.)

I couldn't down load the 3/3/10 show recipes either. Ann
Ann Hall Mar 3, 2010 at 6:21 pm Flag as inappropriate
The download for today does not offer the recipes from the show. :( If you read the second paragraph it mentions the specific them, but does not provide the recipes. I agree, I thought some looked worth keeping. Guess you'll have to buy Joy's book to get them.
