VALUE OUR PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL LIFE.

Eating too much can make us fat. Thats true especially if you take lots of carbs. Just like a body conscious like me, I make sure that I take foods moderately especially carbs and fatty foods and more on veggies and fruits. Im working also so exercise is so often so I make sure I can do a little bit of exercise such as walking, since sitting for 8 hours of work is not good. So physically , we should remind ourselves to control our foods and take care of our body same as our spiritual life, if our body needs foods our spiritual life should be more healthy too unless its not balance. ... MATTHEW 4:4 .MAN CANT LIVE IN A BREAD ALONE BUT ON EVERY WORD THAT COMES FROM THE MOUTH OF GOD .

Yeah  ...thats right, when im unbeliever before and hypocrites about the words of God, im physically fit but my emotion was upset. Full of anger, anxiety, jealous and a lot more that really makes me dirty in the eyes of God. Thankfully God gave me a chance to eat his words, by spending my time to read the bible and change my old life. Its not just make me feel better but theres no more condemnation. God really loves us so he will make a way to become closer to God. Thanks God for the chance, opportunity and used other people to be an instrument for me to draw closer to God. 1 TIMOTHY 4:8  ..FOR PHYSICAL TRAINING IN GOOD, BUT GODLINESS IS MORE GOOD FOR ALL THINGS, HOLDING PROMISE FOR BOTH THE PRESENT LIFE AND THE LIFE TO COME.
