START THE DAY EXPECTING GOOD FROM THE LORD

April 29, 2013 by lilyinthevalley73   Comments (2)

Shalom my beloved let us share this, let us wake up every day expecting good. Keep your thoughts and mind positive, full of joy, full of hope and full of anticipation of all the good things God has in store for you, His beloved!

Spring up from your bed, stand in front of your mirror and boldly declare, “I am the disciple whom Jesus loves. I am the apple of His eye. Everything I do and touch shall be blessed! The Lord’s wisdom, favor and provision flow mightily in and through me. Amen!”

When you do this, you are accessing the Lord’s abundant provision for you, and all the stress, worries, negative emotions and anxieties will fade away.

Perhaps today, you have to make an important presentation to your biggest client, or go for the final interview for a job you really want. Or maybe you are way behind the curve in completing an important project at work. Whatever the demands on you, start the day expecting good and see His provision flowing toward you! Do you remember this "Those who are righteous (Jesus is righteous whom made us righteous)…do not fear bad news; they confidently trust the Lord to care for them. They are confident and fearless and can face their foes triumphantly"? Psalm 112:6–8 is teaching me today. Blessings!!!

God is a practical God

April 9, 2013 by lilyinthevalley73   Comments (0)

Hi shalom all my beloved in Christ, let us share our Lord’s love:

Our God is a practical God, who is interested in providing for our practical daily needs. Just take a look at Jesus throughout the four Gospel accounts. To those who were hungry, He provided food by multiplying the loaves and fish. To the fishermen who toiled all night and caught nothing, He gave them more than a boatload of fish. Jesus didn’t stop there—whoever encountered Him received from Him what they lacked. He healed the broken hearted and gave sight to the blind. The sick who came to Him were all healed. Even the dead received His resurrection life!

My friend, Jesus is the same, yesterday, today and forever! He is still providing. So whatever you need today, whether it is wisdom, favor, healing or divine strength, go to Him. He is a practical God who is interested in every area of your life, and who is more than willing to supply your need! Matthew 6:31–32 is teaching me today. Blessings!!!

The Divine Exchange

April 8, 2013 by lilyinthevalley73   Comments (0)

Hi Shalom all my beloved in Christ, have a blessed day. Let us share this good news:

The Divine Exchange. For our sakes Jesus became poor so that we through His poverty might be made rich. At the cross, Jesus took on all our sin and poverty. He was humiliated, spat upon and stripped naked. The Roman soldiers even gambled for His clothes.

The One who fed more than 5,000 people, gave fishermen a net-breaking, boat-sinking load of fish, and who placed the gold, diamonds and rubies in the earth, took your place of poverty at the cross, just so that you can take His place of abundance. A divine exchange occurred at Calvary—your sin for His righteousness and your poverty for His provision.

My friend, Jesus is the reason you can be the head and not the tail, above only and not beneath. He is the reason you can be blessed to be a blessing. Put your trust in His presence in your life and what His finished work has accomplished for you. 2 Corinthians 8:9 teaching me today. Blessings!!!

Jesus did not just take away your sins, but He also gave you His righteousness

April 3, 2013 by lilyinthevalley73   Comments (0)

Hi shalom my brothers & sisters in Christ, I love sharing His blessing as here:

At the cross, Jesus did not just take away your sins, but He also gave you His righteousness! A divine exchange took place—your sins for His righteousness. This means that, today, you are as righteous as Christ Himself, not because of your good works, but because of His finished work!

So place your hand over your heart right now and boldly declare:

I, (state your name), AM the righteousness of God in Christ!

Come on, say it out loud at least three times and believe it in your heart. Learn to speak this powerful truth to and over yourself every day. If the enemy tells you, “You’re a bad Christian and that’s why you’re sick,” just declare, “I AM RIGHTEOUS IN CHRIST! By His stripes I am healed!”

Beloved, when you meditate on and honor the work of the Son that has made you righteous, you’ll see His healing for every weakness, distress and pain! You’ll see Him usher you into every blessing that belongs to the righteous. 2 Corinthians 5:21 is teaching me.

Blessings!!!

YOU ARE HIGHLY FAVORED BECAUSE OF JESUS

March 28, 2013 by lilyinthevalley73   Comments (1)

Hi Shalom my brothers & sisters in Christ. Let us share His blessing. When He blesses me then I am glad to share it with you because He says "Bless to be blessed".

The Bible tells us that God has made us “accepted in the Beloved”. The Beloved here refers to Jesus and the word “accepted” means “given special honor” or “highly favored”.

So because you have received Jesus who is God’s Beloved, and you are found in Him, you are also God’s beloved son or daughter, deeply loved and highly favored by Him! Now, because you are highly favored by God in the Beloved, you can expect to have favor with your spouse, children, colleagues, clients and yes, even your in-laws! When you speak, people listen. When you step into a room, it lights up. Everything you touch is blessed and increased.

Beloved, as you meditate on how you are deeply loved and highly favored by your heavenly Father, expect good things to happen to you today. Expect divine protection because His favor surrounds you like a shield. Expect every need to be met by the One who highly favors you. Expect good, because you are precious in His eyes. Ephesians 1:6 is teaching me.

Blessings!!!

In Jesus' Presence

March 27, 2013 by lilyinthevalley73   Comments (1)

Shalom my lovely brothers and sisters in Christ. Let us share this good news:

No matter where you are, the Lord is with you. Even in the midst of your fears, while you are alone in your room, He is there with you. The moment you begin to be aware of His presence and cultivate His presence, all your fears, anxieties and worries will melt away like butter on a hot day, or as the psalmist David puts it, “The mountains melt like wax at the presence of the Lord…”

You cannot psych yourself out of fear nor can you psych yourself out of worry. You can’t just tell yourself, “Come on, stop worrying. There is nothing to worry about.” It just doesn’t work. It takes the presence of the Lord to keep you free from worry and fears.

When you know that He is with you and for you, and you give Him your cares, the once-monumental problems become microscopic against the largeness of His love and goodness toward you!

Today, as you consider all that you need to do and the expectations placed on you, see Jesus there with you. He is your supply, your wisdom, your peace and your strength. Psalm 97:5 is teaching me. Blessings!!!

IT IS NOT WHAT YOU HAVE BUT WHO YOU HAVE

March 21, 2013 by lilyinthevalley73   Comments (2)

Shalom my brothers & sisters in Christ, let us share this good news:

Genesis 39:1-2 is clear teaching that success is not what you have, but rather who you have! Joseph literally had nothing materially, but at the same time, he had everything because the Lord was with him. The material things that you have accumulated or are feverishly trying to amass do not make you a success. It is the presence of the Lord in your life that makes you a success!

We need to learn to stop pursuing things and to start pursuing Him. God sees your relationship with Him as the only thing that you need for every success in your life. I can’t imagine starting in a worse place than Joseph. He was completely naked. He had nothing! No bank accounts, no educational qualifications, no natural connections with people of influence, nothing.

A picture of Joseph who began with nothing recorded to tell you and I that there is a hope today. If you think that like Joseph, you have nothing, well, you can start believing in the power of the presence of the Lord in your life. Start looking to Jesus and claim that promise in Genesis 39:1-2 for yourself. Blessings!!!

Righteousness is a gift

March 20, 2013 by lilyinthevalley73   Comments (1)

Shalom my brothers and sisters in Christ. Come let us meditate on this powerful truth today.

You cannot merit God’s blessings through your good works. All His blessings, including the blessings of health, provision and success, are wrapped up in the person of Jesus! When you have Jesus, you have the gift of righteousness and the abundance of grace completely by His unmerited favor. You cannot earn them, work for them or deserve them. They are gifts! Jesus is your righteousness, holiness and redemption. You are righteous, holy and redeemed (and blessed) not because of your good works, but because you have received God’s provision of His Son. And because Jesus can never fail or be removed from the throne, you will always have Him as your righteousness, holiness and redemption! It will lift you out of the realm of doubt and fear and put you in the realm of faith and hope. It will cause you to reign over your circumstances.

Now, put your hand on your heart and say this: “Jesus, because I have You, I will always be righteous by Your precious blood. All the blessings, provision, favor and success that belong to the righteous are mine today and I receive them by faith! Amen and Amen!”

Roman 5:17 is teaching me. Blessings!!!

Shalom my lovely brothers & sisters in Christ, let us share this:

If there’s one thing that God wants you to know and believe, it’s how much He loves you and is willing to heal you. How much does He love you? God has already given you heaven’s best (Jesus  Christ). How will He not also freely give you all things, including the healing and wholeness you desire? Whether you are trusting God to heal your body, your emotions or your relationships, catch a fresh revelation of His heart to heal you and restore to you today. Come expectantly to Him and receive wholeness in all areas of your life! Romans 8:32 is teaching me. Blessings!!!

Meditate On Jesus For Success

March 5, 2013 by lilyinthevalley73   Comments (2)

Shalom my brothers & sisters in Christ, let us share this good news:

Under the new covenant, we get to meditate on the person of Jesus when we meditate on the Word. Jesus is the Word made flesh, and as you meditate on His love for you, on His finished work, on His forgiveness and on His grace, you will have good success.

You can just take one verse and meditate on Jesus’ love for you. For example, you can begin to mutter Psalm 23:1 under your breath: “The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want.” As you meditate on this simple verse, you begin to realize that the Lord is (present tense) your shepherd. A shepherd provides for his sheep, feeds them and protects them. Because Jesus is your shepherd, you shall not be in want for anything. You shall not lack wisdom, direction, provision—anything.

Now, in this short period of meditating on Jesus, faith is imparted and your heart is encouraged with the reality that Jesus is with you, even when you are facing challenges. Whether you are a homemaker, salesperson or business owner, your soul will be nourished and strengthened when you meditate on Jesus. In fact, He will propel you into success without you even realizing it! Without you having to scheme or make all sorts of plans, He will direct your steps and cause doors of opportunity to supernaturally open wide for you. When you meditate on Jesus, your ways always become prosperous.

Psalms 23:1 is teaching me. Blessings!!!
