I wanted to share how Christ resides in my life.Today Is my 48th birthday, I have chosen to rededicate my life to God. After a vision that He showed me, I realized that I have been causing my spirit to go through a painful an exhausting slow death. This is called "spiritual suicide".

        When an infant no longer needs the milk, they need the solid foods, this is the same with baby Christians. In my case however, after the baby was off the bottle I lacked the introduction to the solid food (scripture) and so the baby was becoming deprived of that nourishment, causing starvation. I have been starving the baby for nearly 4 years, and Christ showed me today that He can give me the strength and the know how to raise the child, even without someone else helping. Christ gave me an embrace and said that I am not alone and that I never will be. He said that He will always be with me to help me in my time of need. "I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you" (John 14:18)

     In the vision Jesus reached into the crib and lifted out the baby, handing the baby to me and said that it is time now to feed the baby solid food. I needed to take control and raise my baby the way that I am suppose to, into a mature spiritual child. I thanked Christ for all that He has taught me, and now I will do everything that He so directs me to do to ensure that the spirit within does not die. I was given another chance at being a mother and I will never leave my responsibilities again.

Thank you Jesus for picking me up off the floor and handing me my child, the child was so week that it couldn't even cry, now the child will be stronger than ever before, becoming the strong Christian that Christ wanted me to raise.

It is really hard to explain in words what God has revealed to me, I hope that this Blog gives you some insight into what I have just been taught about spiritual suicide. I was killing the spirit within me due to lack of nourishment, please do not let this happen to you. Once you find that you no longer need the bottle, go for the solid food. You will begin to have a deeper relationship with God.
