A) MINISTRY TO GOD (EX.28:1)
. offer gift and sacrifices on behalf of the people
. Make intercession on behalf of the people
. Bear the sins of the people in identificational repentance e.g Moses, Daniel, Ezra, Nehemiah
B) MINISTRY OF THE PEOPLE
. Accept offerings from the people and dedicate them to God(He7:5)
. Bear the authority of God over the people
. Make reconciliation (He.2:17)
. Teach the people (2Chr.15:3)
Paul continues to remind the Philippians of their obligation to live as God’s called people. Notice that because of what Jesus did on the cross, believers have access to God’s power for daily living.
