Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous,it does not brag,and it is not proud. Love is not rude,it is not selfish and it cannot be made angry easily. Love does not remember wrongs done against it. Love is never happy when others do wrong, but it is always happy with the truth. Love never gives up on people. It never stops trusting, never loses hope ,and never quits.

. Gods intention was to make the nation of Israel a kingdom of priests. The same way all believers have been called to be priests (1pe.2:9)
. It is required of a priest to be faithful,able to hear from the Lord and do His will (Is.2:35)
. Purity and holiness is a prerequisite for a service as a priest
. God uses willing vessels (ps.110:1-3). It is a sacrificial call and requires giving yourself for the cause of God's kingdom
. The conduct of a priest must be above reproach in all aspects. This priesthood does not serve God with a Little leaven '(1Co.5:6-8)
. The priest should have knowledge of God and his instructions (Mal.2:6-7), (2Chr.15:3)
. Authority is manifested when there is separation (2Co6:17), (Ex.32:25-29)
. Our priesthood covers all territories,peoples,languages and nations.(ps.115:16), (Mt.28:19), (Re.5:9-10)

A) MINISTRY TO GOD (EX.28:1)
. offer gift and sacrifices on behalf of the people
. Make intercession on behalf of the people
. Bear the sins of the people in identificational repentance e.g Moses, Daniel, Ezra, Nehemiah

B) MINISTRY OF THE PEOPLE
. Accept offerings from the people and dedicate them to God(He7:5)
. Bear the authority of God over the people
. Make reconciliation (He.2:17)
. Teach the people (2Chr.15:3)

Priesthood - > is a calling of God, not out of personal ambition (He.5:4)

DEFINITION And BASIC CONCEPTS
- Priests are intermediaries between man and a deity.
** Priesthood is an ancient institution that exists in every religion or society (Ex. 2:16). Priests are like spiritual administrators because they can see in the spiritual and administer the same on earth.
** In Biblical context,priest are intermediaries between God and man . A priest is a minister who performs procedures and ceremonies relating to the worship of God on behalf of a people.
** He is chosen by God from among the people (Ex. 28:1).
HISTORY of PRIESTHOOD
God's ultimate desire for the nation of Israel was for her to be a kingdom of priests. Ex.19:5-11.
-> it changed when Israel was involved in idolatry at Sinai and a hereditary priesthood from the family of Aaron of the tribe of Levi was established. Ex. 28:1.32:25-29
-> Aaron and his descendants became priests and the rest of the tribe of Levi were set apart to be servants in theTabernacle . Nu.1:5.18:22-24, K.8:4

Maturity is the product of time,pressure,trials,tribulation and the knowledge of God's word,an understanding of who you are in Christ Jesus and the presence of the Holy spirit in your life.

I watched a local football ⚽ match in a school playing ground. As I sat down, I asked one of the boys what the score was?.
With a smile he replied; "They are leading us 3-0" !
And I said, Really!!!!!
I have to say you don't look discouraged.... Discouraged?" the boy asked with a puzzled look.....
Why should I be discouraged when the referee has not blown the final whistle ? I have confidence in the team and the managers ; we shall definitely overcome!
Truly,the match ended 5-4 in favor of the boys team! He waved at me gently,with a beautiful smile as he left; I was amazed and mouth wide open; such confidence; such beautiful faith;
As I got back home that night, his question kept coming back to me... " why should I be discouraged when the referee has not blown the final whistle ?"
Life is like a game.....
Why should you be discouraged when the Almighty God is your Manager?
Why should you be discouraged, when there's still life ?
Why should you be discouraged, when the final whistle has not sounded ?
The truth is that many people blow the whistle themselves; But as long as there is life, nothing is impossible and it is never too late for you.
Half time is not full time and His calendar for your life is not man's calendar.
Don't blow the whistle yourself.
BE ENCOURAGED !! DON'T GIVE UP.

My dear friends,you always obeyed what you were taught. Just as you obeyed when I was with you,its even more important for you to obey now that I am not there. So you must continue to live in a way that gives meaning to your salvation. Do this with fear and respect for God. Yes, it is God who is working in you. He helps you want to do what pleases Him,and he gives you the power to do it.
Do everything without complaining or arguing, so that you will be blameless and pure, children of God without any fault, But you are living with evil people all around you, who have lost their sense of what is right. Among those people you shine like light in a dark world, and you offer them the teaching that gives life. So I can be proud of you,when Christ comes again. You will show that my work was not wasted -that I ran in the race 🏁 and won.

Prayer...🙏.....Dear Lord I come before you on behalf of each and everyone of us ,We lay our lives before your throne. My Heavenly Father strengthen us to keep on obeying ur teaches and to keep on know You ma Lord,my Savior. May we continue living in a way that gives meaning to our salvation and do it with our pure hearts,also with fear and respect for you my Lord. Aba Father may we do things without complaining nor arguing,that we may be pure and blameless.
